Consider a simple example. What would a human do when he was
appointed as a plastic separator in the plastic industry? He'll surely
work efficiently for the first few hours. Then? The separation work would
not be
done efficiently leading to manual error or defect in the plastic
product.
Machine would have done it properly because it does not have emotions
and will continue working efficiently with consistency.

What is the role of a Programmer here?

In industry, the products are sensed using the sensors as per the
requirements. The requirements are fed to the sensors through tough
and gigantic lines of coding.

Hence, the programmers are the important part of the development and
plays important role in raising the standard of living of society.
