1) Installation of drip irrigation system for watering the garden in front of Civil Department.

2) Installation of water sensors in overhead water tanks of hostel and Civil Department to
control overflow of water from tanks. Type of sensors we used is Automatic Liquid Level
Controller.

3) Replacement of leaking taps to minimize wastage of water.

4) Numbering of taps for easy administration of defects in them.

Achievements:

1) As the measure of installing sensors proved to be effective, we implemented it in rest of
departments of GECA.

2) Similarly, we installed drip irrigation system in other garden areas of GECA.

3) Using this experience; we successfully conducted Water Audit in the Industry ‘Sanjay
Techno. Pvt. Ltd., MIDC, Waluj.’

4) Our research paper on Water Audit was selected and presented in 4 International

2017. Also the same paper was published in National Journal by 4 ICMRP.
