Q.3 - How did you manage all this
along with college? Q.5 - What is your biggest #why?
Why there’s “lack of empathy” amongst

Ans: Well, it obviously seems difficult people? If every individual understands
managing this workload along with and feels how their act is going to affect
college. It was more than difficult while I others then the person will feel obligated
was working on my GSoC project. Due to to act right. This basic thing itself will
the difference in time zones (Mentor solve a lot bigger issues like corruption,
being from France) I used to have poor governance etc.
meetings at late night hours. I used to
work till late night and attend lectures in
day. It was really difficult cutting on

              sleeping hours.
I’m also a recipient of the coveted Grace
              Hopper Celebration of Women in
              Computing India 2017 Scholarship held
in Bangalore but I declined the
              scholarship due to examinations.
I faced difficulties while managing it but Why there’s lack of

              support made it possible.
Freshmen year in GECA, after just 3-4
days of college, I fell sick, was detected empathy amongst
with malaria. My mother arrived in
Aurangabad, I was admitted to hospital. people?
Being from Vidarbha zone, we knew no
one here. The HOD of our(CSE)
              department, Mr. Vivek Kshirsagar
supported like a family member. Also

Rector Ma’am Mrs. V. Injamuri, final year
              seniors(2014 passout batch) including
Mahesh Sarje, Nilesh Patil etc helped a
lot. I’ll always be grateful to these people.

Q.4 - Any advices for aspirants?

Ans: Stay motivated, obstacles are part
of journey. Get out of your comfort zone
as some things might seem really
difficult but once you get it done the joy
              is unparalleled.
