WINGS

A National Technical event

• WINGS is a National Level Technical Event which is organised every year.

• It is considered as one of the biggest technical level event in Marathwada.

• It has created a platform for all the students from various colleges to showcase their

talent.

• Through these events students have gained lot of technical knowledge and developed
their organizing skills.

• Every year a crowd of 2,700-3,000 students attend different competitions, workshops
and expos.

• This year WINGS was conducted on 5, 6 and 7 of October 2017 and the theme was

• Astronomy theme was selected to celebrate 10th anniversary of GECA’s Astronomy

Club.

• There were 36 technical events which also included special events like Nitro Races.

• The events are categorised by keeping in mind the participation of various departments
from various colleges.

• Along with the technical events we had two Guest Lectures one from Avinash

Dharmadhikari (Ex-IAS Officer, Educationist, Social Activists, Journalist, Author) and
second one from Varun Agrawal(Entrepreneur, Author, Film Maker, Motivational
Speaker).
