I  welcome  you  all  to  the  annual  magazine  now  in  its  third   Editorial
              edition the “Catalyst 3”.It provides a platform to the students
              to speak about their achievements and portray their talent in
              the  form  of  poetry,  essays,  short  articles,  artwork  etc.  As
              technology continues to be an important aspect of our life, our                               

              students  need  to  stay  updated  regarding  the  newest  and
              hottest  topics  in  technology.  That’s  how  our  theme  #Why?
              emerged.  By  e-connecting  with  eminent  and  distinguished
              personalities  we  keep  abreast  the  students  with  the  latest
              development by providing information in an interactive and
              engaging way.

              Through the magazine one understands the scholarly culture
              of  the  institution,  its  aims  and  approaches  at  education  by
              interacting  with  the  Head’s  of  departments  from  different
              disciplines. We understand that how the time spent by each
              faculty  in  the  undergraduate  classroom  and  working  with
              colleagues across diverse disciplines has greatly enriched their
              knowledge and broadened their research horizons.

               Our students have made their mark globally through study
              abroad opportunities, internships, and the like. In Catalyst 3   “T inking  in particular
              we  have  strived  to  tell  that  side  of  the  College  story,  by   abstract thinking,
              interviewing  our  young  alumni’s  from  across  the  globe.   which most of us are
              Women  empowerment  is  clearly  evident  from  the  diverse
              exploits  of  our  young  women  abroad.  Through  Madhumita    introduced to through
              Takalkar, pursuing her PhD at University of Sydney, one learns   the study of
              the  vibrant  research  culture  of  Australia.  Manasee  Godsay   mathematics and
              pursing  her  MS  in  Data  Science  at  Worchester  Polytecnic   literature helps us learn
              shares her experiences and journey and through Purva Sethi,     that we can become
              a mandarin language specialist, one realizes the importance     problem solvers”
              of  learning  foreign  language.  Worth  mentioning  is  the
              felicitation of Nikita Jibkate at Grace Hopper Celebration of
              women in computing in Orlando, Florida in October 2017 for    engineers. Last but by no means least
              all her remarkable accomplishments .

              Finally  I  extend  heartfelt  gratitude  to  our  honorable  guests   Mr.Aditya  Kulkarni,Founder  of  the
              Mr.  D.Seshagiri  from  DRDO  Bangalore  and  Dr.Emmanuel     hugely  successful  startup  CareNx,
              Pilli,Professor  and  Expert  in  Security  and  block  chains  at   winner  at  world  health  summit    in
              MNIT Jaipur for providing valuable insights to the young      Berlin  and  runner  up  in  the  recently
                                                                            concluded Magnetic Maharashtra.
